Learn to surf at Fiji’s Coral Coast

Learn to surf at Mango Bay Resort on Fiji’s Coral Coast.  With its own surf school, a novice surfer will be provided with a surf board, transfers to the surf break at Natadola and experienced instructors that can teach wave selection, paddling, standing techniques and ocean safety.

Mango Bay has created a “learn to surf” package that can be added on top of any accommodation at Mango Bay Resort in Fiji. While this package is aimed at those who haven’t surfed before, everyone is welcome to come, transfer to the Natadola break and hone their surfing skills.

The package includes:

  • Transfers to surfing spot
  • Rash vest
  • Surf boards
  • 1 surf instructor

Total price $110 Fijian per person per day (NZ$77 / AU$58), and is commissionable.

Fiji’s waves are famous in the surfing community with breaks such as Cloudbreak hosting the Volcom surfing championship in previous years, where world champions such as Kelly Slater compete for the top prize.  Namotu left is a great break for perfect novice surfers and families with keen young surfers. Fiji is a worthwhile destination for that next surfing holiday.
